At Mustard Seed Faith Store, we make it simple for you to enquire about our products or request something more personal and meaningful.

Whether you’re interested in one of our existing items or you have a custom design in mind, our enquiry process is designed to help you easily get in touch and receive a personalised response. 

Below you'll find out more about our process and how you can get just what you want!

🛍️ Enquiring About Existing Products

If you see a product you love in our shop, simply add it to your enquiry cart and proceed to checkout.

Our store is still in the growing stage so, instead of completing a payment, you will be able to send us your request along with your details, along with a screenshot of the specific products and/or any additional requests or questions. 

Once we receive your enquiry, we will confirm availability, pricing and any additional information you may need before proceeding.

🎨 Requesting Custom Designs

Looking for something more personal? We also welcome custom requests!

You can share details such as:

  • Specific wording or scripture
  • Design ideas or inspiration
  • Colours or styles you prefer
  • Any special requirements

We will review your request and get back to you with feedback, suggestions and a quote where necessary.

You can easily do this by:

A) adding something related (eg. tshirt or mug or whatever you'd like to have printed on) to the cart and then send through your enquiry via the cart menu or

B) Filling out the form in the "contact us" page

Our store uses a simple enquiry-based checkout system instead of instant payment. This allows us to:

  • Handle custom requests properly
  • Provide accurate pricing before you commit
  • Making sure you are 100% satisfied with the design and product
  • Provide different delivery options based on how urgent the order is.

Once your enquiry is submitted, our team will respond as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp with the next steps.
